A review is a comment, either positive, neutral, or negative that are posted in many places online.
Examples of places you can find and post reviews are: Google Places, Yelp, epinions, Yahoo Local, CitiSearch, Bing, MSN, BBB, MerchantCircle, YellowPages, SuperPages, Kudzu, Angie’s List, PowerProfiles, Localeze and more.
A citation is simply a listing in one of these s directories using exactly the same business name, address, and phone number (NAP) that was used in claiming the business listing.
Some examples of citation directories are: Judysbook, Citysearch, Insiderpages, Yellowbot, and Kudzu.
